Nigel Davies
Nigel Davies has been managing director and founding partner at 300million since the start and has guided the company to becoming the fastest growing UK brand design company in 2009.
Nigel enjoys managing complex client issues. He has led international projects across many different sectors, from education [ABRSM] to finance [Amlin Plc]. Nigel previously worked at WPP agency The Partners, helping develop the QinetiQ and Ford brands.
Nigel is a prolific music collector, gig attendee and an occasional seven-inch-vinyl-only DJ.

Martin Lawless
Martin Lawless is a creative director and founding partner at 300million. He was fundamental to the creation of the Yota brand, the world's first 4G mobile broadband service and has worked closely with The Body Shop to develop international campaigns.
He was previously at WPP agency The Partners and Engine Group consultancy Dave, helping develop the BMW 1 Series and TalkTalk brands.
Martin has more than 30 design awards to his name and was a member of the branding jury for the D&AD Awards 2009.
Martin is a keen road cyclist and committee member of his local club.

Nikki Austen
Nikki Austen is our Creative Strategist. She has 15 years multi-disciplinary experience working across the full range of media and brand touch-points with specific experience within the consumer landscape.
She has worked agency side as well as in client environments ranging from global brand consultancy Interbrand to the role of Global Creative Director for The Body Shop. She has worked with some of the world’s most successful brands including Nokia, Orange, Apple, Nestlé, Nike, Ted Baker and Molton Brown.
